Orders from zenrox can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to sterile-packed products, in-vitro diagnostics, custom-made products and underwear. This is how our returns service works:

How do I pack an item for return?

Please pack the goods carefully (if possible in the original packaging) to avoid damage in transit. 

How can I return my order (customers with a customer account)?

• Log into your customer account using your login by clicking “My Account”.

• Click on “Orders” to view all of your order transactions. Mark the articles that you would like to return by checking the box labeled “Return Item/s”

• You will receive a DPD return label from us per email. Please print this label out and attach it to the package. The return package can now be turned over to any DPD parcel shop.

• Based on your post code (zip), our system will inform you of DPD parcel shops in your area, to provide you with possible drop points for your return package.

How can I return my order (customers without a customer account)?

• If you have ordered as a guest without creating an account, please send us an email to  sales@zenroxmed.com stating your customer number as well as the invoice number and the item you would like to return.

• You will receive a DPD return label from us per email. Please print this label out and attach it to the package. The return package can now be turned over to any DPD parcel shop.

•Based on your post code (zip), our system will inform you of DPD parcel shops in your area, to provide you with possible drop points for your return package.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will refund you in full within 14 working days.
